Question for managers of workplaces; employees having 2 jobs

This is a question for any managers related to hiring or maintaining employees:

If a worker comes up (rather they are part time or full time), and mentions they are going to be looking for a second (full time) job to get full time hours + whatever they get at your workplace, what would you, as a manger, typically say/think at first about the situation?
