Transparent short hand experience why?

So this happened after I had a lucid dream, I'm someone who's been having natural lucid dreams since childhood

So the story is, after I had my usual lucid dream, I wanted to wake myself up, and when I felt like I was in my room, I raised my hand to check if I was really awake. When I looked at my hand, for some reason my hand was transparent, and because my brain thought I was already awake, I panicked because what I was experiencing was so clear with a real bokeh effect. After that, I really woke up.
