M34/F34 Just met on dating site and feels complicated soo suddenly

Hello. I started talking to this guy who I met on an app. Seemed to have hit it off well. Have spoken for a few days on said site, untill we transferred over to WhatsApp. Still speaking after a couple more days, however he seems to get annoyed everytime I jump on whatsapp to quickly briefly see if anyone has responded. I don't always reply to everyone straight the way. Claims he likes me and wanted to meet up in the matter of a week. We've spoken once over the phone aswell which was nice to hear his voice. Was putting kisses galore but seems to have stopped and has told me he hates that I go on whatsapp and don't always respond to him straight the way. Who is in the wrong? Me or him? Cheers. I really like this guy. He's made me smile and honestly feel nice about myself.
