New to WoW

Hey all like a title say I”m new to WoW,I mean I play on official WoW server last year just to test it and I reach I think lvl 80 with mage.So I wanna start play this one because its free and I wanna spend like 2 hours per day maybe more to play it.My question is what is the best and easy class to start play with? And what server to start ?I see this community is so frendly so I hope couple of you can give me good advice for start!
