Only Viable minimum for return

I honestly did not support it when i first saw it cause for me whole kashmir was better than 1/3rd of kashmir, but considering our population we are pretty maximalist of we ask for whole kashmir , i prefer a 4.5k sq km - 5k sq km crescent UT where kp's , ks and a small population of gujjar bakarwals can live.
i dont want any communal drama honestly with the km's but i'm being pretty rational and i feel most kp's in their rational mind if they read history would understand the panun kashmir demand.
Also even if we return in bulk in a ''united kashmir'' we would still not be in favor as it would still be a wahabist majoritarian UT with now a 10% minority.

1. the educational reforms would not be there that would help our community
2. we have already lost all bureacratic powers so it would take us even longer in a majoritarian state
3. ideological clashes would be there even more and no common ground would be there for most of our problems even with the so called ''progressive'' genZ km's
   My reasoning for Panun kashmir
4. the land i chose is significantly safer as it is on higher ground and it gives an natural fotress and wall for our protection against any attack.
5. we can govern our own educational model to help our generation
6. revival of sharada and fluency in koshur also kp's could then safeguard the culture thru intermarriage
7. most of this area is where our temples and religious places are which we can rebuild.
8. our own governing body which can help our community which i believe will be rather slower in an area which follows majoritarianism.

these are my reasoning , if you guys find any criticism please share that and give suggestions.
this is a wet dream for a civilizationalist like me but if it becomes true i would specifically suggest capital initially in martand temporarily before we rebuild parihaspura slowly.
the panun kashmir UT would be knowledge hub and IT hub along with tourism for the economy and i believe in my community that even if half of the population comes back IF this is announced and the project of this crescent UT is set to be done by 5 years which will give us time to prepare , i believe our community would easily make the region economically strong as we have done everytime in the past.
