Did anyone book in a private growth scan just to see where baby’s at?

I’m 33 weeks and I’m considering booking in a growth scan to see how big my baby is, obviously I know they’re not crazy accurate but they can give a ball park of what to expect.

I want to preface I don’t have any medical reason for this, it’s just because he’s always been on the bigger side at any scans I’ve had and I want to kind of prepare myself if he’s going to be a big boy 😂

I have been told I’m big a lot during the pregnancy too 🙃 so just wanted to see if it was because baby is big.

Is it completely unnecessary to get a scan at this point or should I go ahead?
