I just lost my entire friend group because I was trying to make peace with them.

Long story short: because of a video game 2 of my friends were broke up with eachother and I was the middle man for both of them. Which is like they dont talk with the group but they do talk with me. Anyways in an attempt of making peace between them and they started to verbally fight in the friends group. Around 12pm(Turkiye time) today I had my classes so naturally I silenced my phone and get into the classes. When I came out of the Uni there were 400+ messages saying I was the problem. Lemme make this clear: I was the middleman for 4+ months. I heard their cries, their happiness their problems and find solutions to them. So naturally I couldnt find a word to say and get out of the all chat groups both secret and not-secret. I cut contact with nearly all of them except a couple because they were not even involved into that fight. Tomorrow I will cut contact with the last friend group face to face. So thats my story of losing 15+ years of friends in one "singular" hour.
