Need genuine advice regarding IT

i have completed it syllabus once during prelims but haven't started revision yet.i felt I had time but now I feel overwhelmed.what should I do just ready tps 2-3 time or any other strategy.also I can't do any java codes but have done all html ones.i scored 70/80 in my prelims so based on which suggests me the best revision strategy.primarly for codes.
