ADHD meds with lamotragine (lamictal)

Are any ladies on a combination of adhd meds/stimulants and this mood stabiliser? I’m just having trouble seeing any improvement in my adhd or mood and wondering if anyone has experience with this? I take lamotragine 150mg at night and SR Dex 10mg 6am, 10mg 10am and 5mg at 2pm. I cannot concentrate, def can’t multi task and taking twice as long to do anything because my brain can’t operate. My mood is terrible. What a hot mess
