Is there any way I could move my game's save files in appdata from Disk :C to another drive?

My save files from warhammer 3 totals around 20gb and I want to clear it from the main drive which has 120gb storage. I want to move it to another disk (:E) that's SSD as well but has more storage.

It's in this directory:

C:\Users\TK\AppData\Roaming\The Creative Assembly\Warhammer3\save_games

The game is already stored on Disk E, but the save files are on Disk C. I guess that's just the default is but is there a way to change that?
