Any secret trick to know which MCQs are pre test questions

I know it’s impossible but does anyone have a good feeling when they walked out of their exams about which questions were pretest questions? (Please don’t comment “no one knows” because I obviously know that but just wondering if people have a feeling about some) Are they always super hard questions or different wording or maybe a different topic? I know I’m spending too much time thinking about my score but I’m a person with a lot of anxiety and I will be highly analyzing every single question I can remember until I get the score back. What if all the easy ones were the pretest questions ughhhhh
