Side effects?

Took my first dose yesterday and I’m noticing increased gas and stomach pain. I kind of expected that. But I woke up today shaking incredibly hard. Is this something that anyone experiences? I’m assuming low blood sugar because I was sleeping. I also take Metformin for PCOS management, I know that doesn’t help.

Hopefully the day goes better but just wondering if anyone got like this?
