Looking for Personal Loan

Hi! I'm a (25) F looking for a private lender or even advice on where I can get a personal loan of 70k for debt consolidation. I fell into the OLA/tapal cycle last year because I was stupid and curious and it's just too much for me to keep up with payments. I tried reaching out but my family is also struggling to meet their own dues. Have been trying to find additional part times on top of my full time for months but have been unsuccessful so far.

I currently earn 20k a month, and have tried with Metrobank, SB Zuki, CIMB etc and have gotten rejected. I'm currently waiting for the result of BPI since I've had my savings account there for years.

I'm looking for a private lender and am willing to pay 9k a month if ever and provide proof or even sign a notarized agreement. I'm desperate na because I don't know what else to do huhu :( Please help!
