Aftermarket Rectifier

Hey. So my air cooled T100 rectifier/regulator is fried and I need to replace it. My mechanic mentioned going for an aftermarket MOSFET model as it will work better than the original. Any recommendations for a particular model and where to order it online? (Ideally from the EU cos import taxes 😅)
