Help with Frost Blades Slayer build

Hi, I'm following Fuzzy Duckzy's Frost Blades build, but I have some general questions i can't seem to find answer for. I feel some questions could apply to other Slayer and/or armour/evasion builds so I don't think linking PoE is needed atm (btw build's been a blast until i hit T16).

Regarding damage:

1. How important is accuracy? Still using White Wind so no "hits can't be evaded" craft yet. Should I just get enough so that offensive tab says 100% chance to hit? No point getting more than that, right?

2. How important is cold conversion? I've seen some people take the mastery to convert the 40% remaining phys to cold to achieve 100% cold, but other people don't take it.

3. Should I use increased crit damage gem instead of something like added cold damage if I'm at less than 50% crit rate?

Regarding defenses:

1. I feel capping spell suppression is really easy on this side of the tree. I should just aim to get it to 100%, no point investing further, nor something like suppression chance is lucky, right?

2. I still feel really squishy sometimes while doing T16. I know I still need to incorporate some way to get Fortify and that would help (via gem or eldrich craft). Can't seem to get much more life into the build with so many uniques. Any other ideas for more tankiness or is being a glass canon the nature of the build?

3. Lastly, how important is armour? I see a lot of variation here. Some builds have around 4-5k armour and 15-20k evasion while others have 1k or less armour. I'm not sure where is the balance i should look into here.
