Have servers been acting up lately?

Hey everyone. Just a quick question – lately, as in the past couple of days every now and then I get into a huge de-sync limbo (lagging, rubber-banding etc.) mid-match and lose connection eventually (only to find out I died ofc). Restarting the game helps... unless it's mid-fight.

I've timed those 'glitches' to simultaneously check my connection for ping and packet losses to verify it wasn't a problem on my end. So, sans the servers dying briefly on the weekend (that I know was a global problem), has anyone else been experiencing anything similar? Just trying to pinpoint the problem here.
