Insight on different mini splits??

HVAC guys, can someone please point me in the right direction as far as brands go? Here’s what I know I want. (And no I will not be installing myself). I’d love to not break the bank so give me your relatively budget friendly choices.

This will be going in my downstairs area which is less than 1000 sq fr.

Single zone

Doesn’t need to be both heating and cooling, I really just want cooling but it doesn’t matter.

Able to control through an app would be a bonus.
