Accidentally left on stove with salted water- is it still safe to use ?

Hello, I have a saucepan that I had left on the stove for an hour with water that I had added salt to. I came back and it was discolored on the outside and inside, though I’m wondering is it still safe to use? I’m worried as there was salt that it may have corroded the surface. Thanks for any help!
