iPhone 16 plus main camera damage in need of repair

was looking through some casual photos and videos i took today and noticed there were small but noticeable black spots enveloped with a bright purple lining if you really zoom in with the media i took that used the main lens. They only showed up yesterday it seems. I didnt drop it and there’s no external damage i can feel or see so I am very clueless where the spots came from. But they are there so I have to deal. I got this iPhone at the Apple Store in IFC mall in Hong Kong mid December 2024 and only started using it in January 2025. I saw someone post a similar issue here but he said Power Mac estimated his repairs at ₽15k. Has anyone ever tried other reputable repair stores or techs they trust and can recommend?
