Legal Startup Costs for Bootstrapped SaaS - Looking for advice

Looking for some advice please from more experienced SaaS founders.

We've received quotes in the range of $10-15k for startup legal costs for a basic B2B SaaS product. As a bootstrapped company this is hard to swallow pre-revenue and I'm wondering if anyone out there has some good advice.

The quotes include the following; do we need all these at this early stage or could we add/refine some of these items once we have a little MRR? Could we use Lawpath templates for now on some of these things?

Extra context: We're a CEO+CTO Team (50/50 Equity)

  • Discretionary Trust
  • Single Company Structure (exclusive of ASIC fee)
  • IP Assignment Deed
  • Shareholders Agreement
  • Platform Subscription Agreement and Instructor Terms of Use
  • Privacy Policy

thank you!
