Is Microdosing right for me?

Hello! I am 43 and in perimenopause and have about 20 lbs to lose that will absolutely not budge anymore, and the last 10 of it is heavily around belly/waist. My BMI is just a smidgen over 27 and labs are all really good except my "good cholesterol" is low. I walk and do try to strength train a few times a week, but the weight remains lol. I have read a bit about micro-dosing GLP-1 and I am curious what others experience with this is. I really only need to lose 20, maybe 25 lbs, but they are STUBBORN lbs. Weight Watchers used to work 5 years ago but really doesn't do anything now. My doctor said she could prescribe a low dose compounded semaglutide. It's $200 and is 5 units of .25mg. Is this a good price?

Any insight from those who have used a GLP-1 to lose stubborn peri weight is appreciated!
