Type C Earphones Calls (Phone Dialer) sounds are routed properly

Anybody got issues with Type-C Earphones during calls with the default phone dialer?. I'm not able to hear any sound through earphone when attending calls, however it work fine on WhatsApp calls, Discord etc..

Using Apple EarPods , 1More Piston Fit.
