Hey folks, could someone suggest a fiction book with themes around adjusting to a new job, coming of age, workplace politics, learning the unspoken rules in the workplace, coming across different personalities in the office.

I started my first full-time job ever and looking for a relatable piece so it doesn't feel like I'm going crazy as I learn the ropes!
