I feel like Osamason, Che, Nett n the rest of the new UG are similar to the worldbuilding, aesthetic and sonic experimentations of Gucci Mane, Chief Keef, Waka Flocka Flame, Rich Gang and other early 2010's rappers and their long mixtape spam run.

Spamming out hella projects a year to push sonics, aesthetics n textures as far as possible until a mainstream mf like a Cobain, Weeknd, Travis, Kanye level-artist can come in and refine + conceptualise tf outta the genre.

We seeing it with Slayr already but Slayr's artist persona and aesthetic won't have a far reach to a neurotypical audience.

The Opium aesthetic and culture was way too alternative for the mainstream to consume. I see the hillbilly suburban trash grunge aesthetic being the dominate aesthetic as it's most based in reality. Like Yeat's 032c magazine shoot from 2024 / Nettspend's "who tf is u" video from today / aspects of Che n Osama's "Hellraiser" music video and honestly Nettspend's artist persona and visuals as a whole.

Then after that it'll probs turn to Conscious Rage in the 2030's as newer artists will be able to express who and what they are raging at...
