Where can i buy/get videos of people looking into the camera and pointing up?

Hey, I want to make some tiktoks which start with reading out some text. Usually thats done with a selfie video of a person pointing up at the text. Since these are very generic videos, i don't really see the point of setting up an avatar - there probably is a page where i can get a bunch of generic ones. Do you know where that might be?
