POV Scouting for Local Hospitality | March 18-24

Hey everyone! I’ll be on the ground in Puerto Rico from March 18th–24th scouting properties and businesses with a focus on sustainable growth and local hospitality.

​I use smart-glass technology to provide raw, unedited POV walkthroughs—the kind of authentic perspective that helps people connect with the true spirit of a space without the 'real estate filter'.

​My mission for this trip:

• ​Highlighting Local Businesses: I’m prioritizing filming for local hotels, family-owned haciendas, and authentic restaurants. I want to use my POV series to drive traffic to businesses that keep revenue on the island and provide stable jobs.
• ​Respectful Relocation: For clients looking to move to PR, my scouting reports go beyond the walls of a house. I highlight how to be a good neighbor, support the local economy, and integrate into the community's culture.
