Hoora is a total scam

Booked two bike washes on Hoora, one scheduled for today between 4 to 5pm, nobody showed up till 4.50 so i ring the executive that was supposed to show up for the wash, I call him and turns out as I'm speaking to him, he just drives past me talking to me on the phone so i said ki aap abhi mere just side se gaye ho, location yahi ki hai, peeche aajao. He panicked and looked around and says arey nahi bhaiya aapko location se 12km dur dikha rha hai, mai nahi hu waha and bs. It's past 5 and nobody has shown up. Their customer care number is down, the helpline chat is bugged and crashes when I try to report the issue.
