Axis mid tier CC

Hi, I had an Axis select cc and now a horizon cc. Everytime i try to make a purchase above 10k, the transaction gets cancelled citing wrong pin or suspicious activity. This is not a one time thing , it's happened on both the mentioned cards over a period of 3 years. Last week I tried make a payment for 22k with my horizon card, transaction declined citing wrong pin. I reset the pin and again tried but the same issue. I did the same transaction using another axis cc( indian oil rupay.) The transaction went through. Anyone else facing this issue. When I asked the customer care, they don't have a clue.
