Is increasing the RAM voltage / adjusting the timings worth it?

My specs: Ryzen 9600X FURY Beast 32 GB (2 × 16 GB) DDR5 5600 MHz MSI MAG A750GL PCIE5 II 750 W MSI MAG B650 Tomahawk WIFI AMD B650 Socket AM5 ATX ASRock Arc B580 12 GB 1 TB NVMe

The RAM doesn’t work with AMD’s own automatic RAM overclocking options. I’ve kept them at default speeds. There’s nothing wrong with the RAM (I’ve run MemTest and Windows’ own memory diagnostic). Apparently I should manually adjust the RAM timings and increase the voltage a bit. Is an 800 MHz difference noticeable anywhere?”
