How many innocent people did Thomas actually kill in the show?

In Season 3, Alfie said: How many fathers/sons have you killed, cut up, or slaughtered? Innocent or guilty?

And in the series there are some hints that Tommy also killed innocent people.

So here's my question: Is it known how many innocent people Tommy actually killed or whose lives he ruined?
