Crypto orders cancelled at random - again. and again. and again?

Why does IBRK / Paxo constantly cancel GTC orders for BTC or ETH? Market did barely move (up from 68.000 to 70.000) and .... cancelled AGAIN. They cancelled them 28th Feb (if I recall correctly). Then I re-entered them which is tedious, and from 9th March to 10th March - they are gone again. No email, no notice, no nothing. Just simply gone.

Could someone please explain why this happens and how this highly annoying interference can be stopped?

(ps using a crypto exchange is a lame option, it's simply a way round of an issue that should not occur with IBRK / Paxo in the first place - esp for those who want to keep it simple and just stick to BTC and ETH)
