Positive update / experience on replacement frame

Hi all,

I want to update you on my positive experience and timeline on my replacement frame from the Amsterdam hub. My bike is around 11,500KM after 3 years:

10th February: Dropped off bike at Amsterdam hub. I also paid to have the brakes replaced with the new system so they won't break all the time.
19th February: Bike was shipped from Amsterdam hub to Paris factory.
20th February: Bike arrived in Paris factory for replacement.
26th February: Frame replacement was complete.
4th March: Bike was back in Amsterdam and ready for pickup.
9th March: Bike was collected.

The only complaint I have is that they put someone else's seat on my bike... The mechanic has raised a ticket and he said they will most likely send me a completely new seat (so a win I guess).
