SBI Phonpe = SBI Cashback + Airtel Axis ?

Have been using Airtel axis for utility payment and SBI cashback for online spends. Now with both devalued it seems SBI Phonpe Black covers both.

The Annual fee is sum of both and we get 10 pc on utility and 5 pc on online spends.

As others mentioned on the sub, Phonpe charges fees which effectively drags down the benefit to 6-7 percent for utility spends. Other than this, is there something I will miss if I close the 2 cards which will not be covered by Phonpe black ?
