Employment question

I'm currently an inside salesman at a competitor. Close to the business development representative role cintas has. What's that role like at cintas? Are there multiple at some of the larger locations? Should I commit to cintas or should I look for employment elsewhere if I were to suddenly be forced to work for cintas via buyout?
