Is GoHighLevel Becoming the Main Platform for Voice AI Automation?

Lately I’ve been noticing more and more people building voice AI systems inside GoHighLevel, and it made me wonder if it’s slowly becoming the main platform for voice AI automation, especially for agencies.

From what I’ve seen, a lot of the appeal comes from the fact that everything is already in one place. You have CRM, pipelines, messaging, funnels, and now voice AI integrations all connected. For agencies working with local businesses, this can make things much simpler compared to stitching together multiple tools.

For example, a voice AI agent can answer calls, qualify leads, book appointments, and automatically push all the data into the CRM. That kind of workflow used to require several different platforms and a lot of integrations. Now it can often be managed in a single system.

Another thing that seems to attract people is the white-label capability. Agencies can build AI automations and offer them as part of their own service without clients needing to know the backend platform.

That said, there are still plenty of other tools and frameworks being used for voice AI. Some developers prefer more flexible setups using custom APIs or dedicated voice platforms. So it might not be the “main” platform for everyone yet.

But for marketing agencies and automation builders, it definitely seems like GoHighLevel is becoming a very common place to build and manage voice AI workflows.

Curious what others here think - are you seeing more voice AI projects being built inside GoHighLevel, or are most people still using separate voice AI tools?
