No mobile data for the last 10 days on Airtel Postpaid

I haven't been able to use my mobile data for the last 10 days. 12 calls to customer support. 3 calls with "supervisors". 2 calls with their "network team". How is this not essentially fraud? I'm sure they'll be hounding me when it's time to pay for the service. A service I never received. The scale of incompetence is actually impressive. The fact that this subReddit has 11k weekly visitors is not so surprising anymore.
