Duviri Experience

Hi guys, I quite new to Warframe, and have recently finished the duviri paradox quest - absolutely loved it thought it was peak writing. But I’m confused about the after stuff, so let’s say I want to get kullervo and it says I need to go in the duviri experience, when I press the duviri part I get a couple of selections, there’s something called the circuit and then there’s one that says the intended experience. Basically I want to know what the difference between these are ? And do I have to start the whole story again ?
