Business Analyst roadmap suggestion

Hi everyone! I recently got the job as a business analyst at an IT giant. Also, have recently completed my MBA in finance. It'd be great if y'all can suggest a career roadmap and what else can I do to prepare myself for the same?

Thanks! ☺️
