Post attack question

I had what I believe was my first attack yesterday. Was quite longer than what I’m reading, about 12 hours, but had all the hallmarks. I’ve lost a lot of weight, am in my mid 40’s, etc… I’m ok today, but noticed I’m still peeing pretty dark despite being fairly well hydrated.

After an attack, is it normal to pee dark for a while, or is this a sign of a bigger issue I need to be seen for? I really can’t afford to be down and out for a while right now, but if it’s an emergency, so be it.
