Building a small remote marketing team — looking for creative people who want to grow with me :)

Hi everyone,

I recently started my own marketing agency and I’m beginning to put together a small team of creative people to work with.

Most of my clients come through personal connections and my own network, and they’re from a mix of industries — things like fashion, perfume brands, food businesses, real estate, tech, finance and a few others. Because of that, the work can be pretty varied and creative.

The agency focuses on a few main areas:

helping new businesses with branding and marketing strategy, managing social media (content, posts, short-form videos, planning), and digital marketing like paid ads and campaign strategy.

Right now I’m not looking for one specific role — I’m more interested in finding talented people in marketing who want to be part of something that’s going to grow. That could be graphic designers, social media managers, digital marketers, content creators, or people who have experience running ads.

Since the agency is still in the early stage, the work will probably start freelance / project based or part-time, simply because I won’t have enough clients yet to keep a whole team busy full time. The goal though is to grow the client base and eventually bring the right people on full-time.

Everything is fully remote for now, so you’ll need to already have your own setup (laptop, design tools, etc). Later on I may open an office somewhere, but for the moment everything is online.

A bit about me — I also have a strong background in marketing and have worked across different areas of the industry, so I’m not just outsourcing work. I want to actually build a proper team that produces high-quality work, especially when it comes to creativity and design.

I’m mainly looking for people who are:

•	reliable

•	genuinely creative

•	good to work with as part of a team

•	and interested in building something long term rather than just doing random gigs.

I’m taking my time finding the right people because the goal is to build a really solid agency with a strong team behind it.
