When To Take A Watch In Under Warranty — Out Of Spec Timing?

I have a new Submariner Date that I bought in 2022 (so it is still under the 5 year warranty). When I bought it, it was keeping time better than +/- 1 spd no matter the orientation or wearing it. Now it’s been drifting closer to -3 to -4 seconds per day. It could be the weather, or something else. Spec for this watch is +/- 2 seconds per day.

Is it worth taking in for warrant work, or let it ride a while and see where it is close to the end of the warranty period?

I realize I’m being a little anal retentive about time keeping, but I want the watch to be in spec.
