What’s it like working as a Supplemental Health Claims Analyst with Mutual of Omaha?

Has anyone recently worked in this role? If yes, tell me how your day to day looks. Are you on the phones majority of your day or theres balance with phones and processing the claim after? It’s my understanding I will have to gather the info from the claimant then use ACW to process the claim in under 20 mins. also, were you fast tracked to become a claim analyst 2? My supervisor I interviewed with guaranteed me a promotion within 4-6 months of hire as long as I’m meeting goals and metrics. Lastly, how is ur work life balance. if u need time off is it hard to get approved or it’s auto approved as long as u have the PTO or Vacation time?
