Does anywhere in Pretoria hire teens?

Honestly been debating getting a job for a long time now, since you can start working part time at 16 here, and with the intent of gaining some independence, some experience, and saving money, I figured getting a job was my best bet — but obviously being under 18 means no matric and no experience, as well as places obviously listing people 18 and up as a requirement, and after looking at job opportunities for over a year now, I've found absolutely nobody hiring teens, even part-time. I've got a couple friends who were looking as well, and the only people who were able to find a job ended up working for their family members.

I've seen an opportunity every now and again in jhb, but absolutely nothing in pta. Am I just looking in the wrong places or is nobody interested in hiring teens here?
