Finally blocked & removed her from socials. Feels like a big step.

My ex ended things with me after 13 years in January.

I have been in limbo since then with breadcrumbs. It has been a horrendous few months.

Been checking her socials constantly, seeing her new friends on FB, checking her instagram followers go up & being suggested her new men via my following suggestions on the app.

Today, I finally decided to stop looking back. Block. Sad. We promised we'd never get here. But I made the decision for me today.
