Was anyone else a bit let down by Silent Salt's story?

:Sc4:Discussion / Question:Sc1:

Before I say anything, I want to mention that I think it's awesome if you disagree and that it's great you're able to enjoy something I do not.

I can't tell if I'm the only one who feels like this due to how much positive reaction Silent Salt got, but it always felt so underwhelming to me that for the entire story, he practically did nothing. Not only that, I was super excited to see a story where Devsis explored the blur between "what is right" and "what is just", or how easy it is to confuse justice for judgement, or maybe even how silence is a form of oppression. I was hoping to see Silent Salt forcibly silence people and force them to cooperate like that. Then again, maybe that would've been a little too "real", but I don't get how that wasn't the decision made seeing how CR is not afraid of getting into more serious subjects sometimes. I know Silent Salt has a large kill count, but it was hyped up as something truly spectacular only for it to feel like three hours of nothing happening. I was so certain Silent Salt was going to wind up as my favorite Beast Cookie, but I was so disappointed. :(
