Unable to book tickets - Matt's Vivid Sydney show

I signed up for Cherry Tree membership but never received an email. Signed up for the promoter presale (Handsome Tours) and got a code - put the code into the website and applied - nothing happened. Tried 3 different browsers and phone. Vivid's website is a S-show tbh. Now stuck in the queue for their newsletter presale.

Just ranting because of how much I'm looking forward to this.. Wondering if anyone else has the same issue? He really should announce a Melbourne show asap...
