Clinic Visit appointment - Now Serving App

Problem/Goal: Nasa labas po ako ng pinas, legit ba yung Now Serving app pagdating as pag-book ng Clinic Visit?

Context: My dad (72) was just diagnosed with cancer. They're from Southern Tagalog at plano ko na patingnan siya sa Lung Center. Due to their old age, they're both struggling to use technology. Hirap din ako na tulungan sila kasi andito ako sa ibang bansa.
