Is it normal for Chen not responding to question for one week?

We are now finalizing my petition letter. Last week I got some important update regarding my future plan so left a message to consult about this. They didn't respond to the message, so I again sent a reminder on this Monday. Still no response. Am I ghosted? Anybody knows what happened to them?
