Possibly scammed by RWS.

Hello everyone. The community here has been great and I've enjoyed being a part of it but my journey has unfortunately ended badly so Id like to share my story in case anyone experiences something similar. I orginally got brought on late September, project D. I worked for a couple days and then was paused until late January. I worked until mid February and was offboarded. I was never paid for this period but I had been paid during the months I was paused for other RWS projects. So I reach out to support and they tell me I won't be paid because I never worked during this period, after saying I had worked, they then say I never even made a multimango account and I would be offboarded from all future projects. I currently still have access to MM so I know I have an account..obviously I've worked for the project. This whole thing is super disheartening as I lost out on hours of my time and money I'll never see. If a mistake was made at some point on my end they never told me. And it all feels unprofessional honestly. Im not sure if I'll receieve judgement from this post, but I hope not, I'm just here to share my experience so people can be careful going forward and know not to rely on this for income (have a backup for your sake please)
