No working when I hit the icon on the keyboard for iOS

I have superwhisper on iOS. When I open whatsapp and I hit the icon on my keyword, and say stuff, and hit the icon again, it just keeps spinning like its loading, but doesn't do anything.

Am I doing anything wrong?
